This dress is made to order and tailored to your measurements. After you place your order, we will email you to collect the details needed before creating your piece.
Each piece is made to order and handcrafted just for you.
Please allow 7–14 business days for your item to be produced before it is shipped.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched and you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
To start a return, please request a return label via “Return item” in the top menu within 14 days of receiving your order.
As each piece is made to order and tailored specifically for you, 30% of the original price will be deducted from your refund to cover the time, craftsmanship, and materials used.
Once your return is approved, you will receive your return label by email within 24 hours.

We tailor this dress to each customer's individual measurements. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email detailing the measurements we need.

Please note that if you wish to return this item, a deduction of 300 DKK will be made from the refund. This amount covers the costs associated with producing the order as a custom-made item.
